Patrick Blair, Ph.D., and John Short to Dalrada Health’s Advisory Board. These industry veterans bring vast experience across the healthcare industry, including medical research, workforce management and business development, and will support Dalrada Health as it expands into new areas of healthcare.

Reynold Bryan Jr. is the general manager and managing director of Microsoft Corporation and managing principal for Healthcare Margins, LLC. He previously served in executive positions for Oracle Health Care Services, IBM Global Services, Extreme Networks and Accenture. Bryan is professionally associated with the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Health Information Management Systems Society, and the American Association of Health Plans. His proven leadership and expertise in advanced technology will enable Dalrada Health to expand its market share and drive product development.
U.S. Navy Capt. Patrick Blair, Ph.D., is an assistant professor at the College of Public Health and Tropical Medicine at Wake Forest University, an instructor for the Naval Ethics and Leadership Command, and serves as a consultant for the World Health Organization. He has extensive experience in virology, infectious diseases, immunology, vaccines, diagnostic testing, and product development. Capt. Blair has received numerous military awards, including the Delores M. Etter Award for the Navy’s Top Scientist in 2011, and has published 145 scientific manuscripts and book chapters throughout his career. Military awards recognizing Capt. Blair’s achievements include the Legion of Merit Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (five times), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three times), Navy Achievement Medal (two times), Air Force Achievement Medal, and Meritorious Unit Citation (two times).
John Short is a retired senior software executive with 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare workforce management. He previously served as the director of professional services for healthcare at UKG, Inc., (formerly Kronos, Inc.). Short’s healthcare management skills will help streamline operations to reduce patient costs and improve their health outcomes. Ultimately, his decades of experience will broaden Dalrada’s capabilities to expand its healthcare model.
The Advisory Board also recently appointed Elizabeth Winzeler, Ph.D., a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine.
